A New Masjid for Kimberley's CBD
A historic church in the heart of Kimberley's CBD has been transformed into a Masjid, Alhamdulillah, with the help of generous donors. Its soaring wooden-beamed roof and stained-glass windows now frame a new mihrab, set beneath geometric Islamic pattern-work and calligraphy. Salaah has already started, with a dedicated Imam, though the Masjid is not yet 100% complete — we are still waiting for the arrival of Musallahs. It is here to service the broader CBD area and the wider community of Kimberley.
